1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 29.07.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 27.02.2025 name of the deceased is incorrectly written as "Rantanbai Guruling Chavan" instead of "Ratnabai Guruling Chavan". Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In order dated 27.02.2025 name of the deceased is corrected and read as "Ratnabai Guruling Chavan" instead of Rantanabi Guruling Chavan.

3. it is made clear that rest of the order dated 27.02.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
