1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in the order dated 09.06.2025, there is typographical errors. I heard Ld advocate for the petitioner and gone through the suggested corrections at (a) to (d). Submission with respect to the suggested (c) is not accepted. Rest is accepted.

2. In paragraph No. 10, in first line, after word properties word "not" is added. Furthermore in the said paragraph, particularly in the line No.4, word "him" is subtitled by "eldest daughter, namely Mrs. Sunita Valerie DeMelllo" and in the said Line Word "his" is substituted by word "her".

3. In paragraph NO. 11 of the order dated 09.06.2025, word "not" is to be be included in line No.5 between words "can be". Furthermore, in the next line the word petition is corrected by word "petitioner" and thus correction suggested at (d) stands accepted.

4. Accordingly, order stands corrected. Corrected order to be uploaded in the CIS.
