Upon perusal of the petition, it has been observed that Will is in English language and deceased had put his thumb impression and both the Attesting Witnesses has signed the said Will in Gujarati language at the time of execution of the Will. There is no averment in Affidavit of Attesting Witness to the Will, whether the said Will was interpreted and explained to the deceased as well as to the attesting witnesses or not. Advocate to take steps accordingly.

2. Advocate for petitioner move praecipe as and when the compliance done in the matter. Remove from board.
