Perused new Administration Bond, it appears that earlier stamp Paper of Rs.500/- has been used for the execution of the new administration bond. Hence, it can be accepted and has to be treated a document on insufficient Stamp, as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1959. 2.

Hence, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to pay the deficit Stamp Duty on the document as per the above said Act or the petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 in form no. 118 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980, as the case may be.

If new administration Bond is executed, as per the Bombay High Court (OS)Rules, 1980, then department to accept the same. Hence, adjourned. 4.
