This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Dharampal Pannalal Poddar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ramdularidevi Pannalal Poddar died intestate at Mumbai on 28.11.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.12.2024 and Administration Bond dated 21.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
