This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Narayanan Parameswaran being son of deceased. Deceased namely Narayanaiyer Parameswaran died intestate at Mumbai on 24.04.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Upon perusal of petition, it is noticed that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 27.06.2001. Deceased was survived by only one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
