1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 25.02.2025 and thereby seeks permission to mention the sect which was being followed by the deceased in para no. 8 of the petition. Furthermore, petitioner seeks permission to aver the facts about the parents and grandparents of the deceased, petitioner is also permitted to amend the marital status of the deceased in view of the statement made in para no. 8 of the petition. Furthermore, petitioner to make a detailed averment about the chain of inheritance as per the residuary and distant kindred applicable to the Sunni Muslim. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
