By an order dated 31st January, 2024, this Court allowed the present petition and directed issuance of legal heirship certificate in terms of the prayer made in the petition.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by way of this praecipe that inadvertently the name of the deceased was not correctly stated in the petition as a consequence of which, the middle name of the petitioner will also have to be properly amended.

In that light, the learned counsel for the petitioner invited attention of this Court to a copy of the Aadhar Card of the deceased at Exhibit 'D' to the petition. Perusal of the same indeed

The name of the deceased has been stated in the petition as "Mahabirprasad", while the correct name is "Mahabirpershad". This appears to be a minor typographical error, which needs to be corrected in an appropriate manner.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to carry out amendments in the petition. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 6.
