Mr. Shinde fairly points out that there is a cross petition for the legal heirship certificate in respect of Indubai Sarjerao Sable (the deceased). He points out that this petition is filed by the adopted son of the deceased, who was adopted under a duly registered deed of adoption. Since, the cross petition being MPT(L) No.29686 of 2023 is not on board, list both the misc petitions for hearing on 12 th June 2025.
