Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 7th August, 2024.

The learned counsel submits that inadvertently the date of death of the deceased was mentioned as 13th April, 2022 instead of 14th April, 2022. Attention of the Court is invited to the copy of the death certificate (Exhibit A) annexed to the petition which indicates that the deceased passed away on 14th April, 2022. 4.
The learned counsel seeks leave to amend the petition and also seeks correction of date in line No.2 in paragraph 2 of the order dated 7th August, 2024.

Amendment appears to be in the nature of correction of an inadvertent error.

The petitioner is permitted to amend the petition so as to Vishal Parekar ...1
17-mpt-389-2024.doc substitute the date of the death of the deceased as 14th April, 2022 instead of 13th April, 2022.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period one week.

Re-verification dispensed with.

The words and figure "13th April 2022" in line No. 2, in paragraph 2 of the order be substituted by "14th April, 2022". 10.
Rest of the order dated 7th August, 2024 remains unaltered. 11.
Praecipe disposed.
