The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Jayesh Shamji Sandis.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph no. 8 of the Petition.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record and the reasons stated in paragraphs 3 to 8, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed. by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:
