The above Appeal is filed challenging the ad-interim order dated 15th December 2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in Interim Application No.2323 of 2021 in Company Petition No.708 of 2016. Paragraph 10 of the impugned order records that it is necessary to continue the status quo ordered to be maintained by the Division Bench JANUARY 09, 2026 Utkarsh

10.app.92.2024.doc vide its order dated 8th December 2022 in Interim Application (L) No.25363 of 2022 in Appeal No.113 of 2022, till the said Application is heard and decided.

Now it appears that Interim Application No.2323 of 2021 has in fact been heard and reserved for orders. Once this is the case, we find that nothing survives in the above Appeal as the same is filed to challenge the ad-interim order. The Appeal is therefore dismissed as being rendered infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
