Mr Sequira, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents Nos. 1 to 3 submits that out of the amount of the amount of Rs. 85 lakhs which was payable to the Petitioners under Consent Terms dated 29 th March 2022 and amount of Rs. 75 lakhs has already been paid. He today hands over to Mr Vyas, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner a cheque for an amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs He

7-CONP-7-2024.DOC submits that the balance amount of Rs. 10 lakhs shall be paid by electronic mode on or before 1 st July 2024 and this cheque is given as security for the said payment.

Mr. Vyas accepting the cheque as security does not oppose this. 3.

Hence, list the matter on 4th July 2024 for directions on the Supplementary Board.
