By our order dated 7 July 2022, the Petitioner's appeal before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC") had to be disposed of on 7 March 2023.

The learned Counsel for AGRC now submits that hearing is concluded by the AGRC on 14 June 2024 and matter is

In the first place, our direction to dispose of the appeal within eight months is not complied. Secondly, though the hearing is concluded in June 2024, till date, no statement is being made about the final orders passed. This cannot be appreciated.

Mr More, learned Additional Government Pleader seeks a week time to obtain detailed instructions.

Accordingly, we list this Petition on 26 September 2024. 6.

List Contempt Petition No. 26 of 2024 along with this Contempt Petition because the learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that both the matters are similar if not identical.
