Ms. Priyanka Sonawane, learned counsel for BMC based on instructions states that necessary orders have been made holding the Petitioner as eligible to receive the benefits of rehabilitation. She says that such orders will be communicated to the Petitioner within a week positively i.e. on or before 10th July 2024. 3rd July 2024
