This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that an order dated 7 July 2022 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on the aforesaid petition, is not complied inasmuch as respondent No.2 has not taken a decision on the petitioner's representation.

We are informed by Mr. Chavan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 that the representation has already been decided and a copy of the decision dated 7 November 2023 is placed on record. 3.

In this view of the matter, it cannot be held that there is any intentional disobedience of the Court's order. The contempt petition does not warrant adjudication. It is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 4.

All contentions of the parties on the order dated 7 November 2023 are expressly kept open.
