She points out that in terms of our judgment and order dated 24 March 2023 in Writ Petition No. 2856 of 2018, all the respondents had to vacate the suit premises, but they have failed to vacate.

Accordingly, we issue notices to the respondents, returnable on 12 August 2024. The petitioner to take steps to serve the respondents.
