Ms.Aparna Vhatkar, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondent no.3 and submits that the award has been challenged under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a Court in Ernakulam, however, there is no stay on the execution of the award. 4.
Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, this Court directs that the Notice be made absolute. 6.
Execution to proceed in accordance with law.
