Both the learned Counsel appearing for the parties submit that there is a new undertaking dated 13th August 2024 entered between the parties replacing/superseding the earlier undertaking whereby the Defendant has undertaken to conclude the sale of assets by 15th September 2024 and that the said undertaking reflects the Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

The said undertaking will now govern the arrangement between the parties substituting the earlier undertaking and is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
