When the matter is called out, Ms. Gandhi, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that a short fall of Rs.93,093/- would be paid to the Respondent within a period of two weeks and that the Execution Application can be disposed of on the basis of this statement.

Mr. Bodke, learned Counsel, appearing for the Respondent has no objection if the Execution Application is disposed of and submits that once Rs.93,093/- are received within a period of two weeks, the Development Agreement will be cancelled and the original Development Agreement and the Power of Attorney would be returned. 3.

In view of the above, the Execution Application to accordingly stands disposed.
