When the matter is called out, Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant through video-conferencing and submits that no settlement could take place and that this Court in view of the inadequate disclosure, issue bailable warrant against the Respondent No.1.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrant of arrest against Respondent No.1 in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, returnable on 10th February 2026.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police Station for the execution of the bailable warrant. 4.

The Senior Inspector of the concerned Police Station to have the said bailable warrant executed and secure the presence of the Respondent No.1 on the next date.

Let the Respondent No.1 remain present in Court on the next date.

List on 10th February 2026.
