When the matter is called out, Mr. Raut, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondents and submits that the Respondent No.1 as directed by this Court is present in Court and that he has instructions to state that the entire payment of the balance amount of Rs.4,50,000/- will be made by the end of six weeks.

Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that this Court may only grant four weeks' time to pay the balance amount.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the following order is passed. 4.

Let before the Respondent No.1 leaves the Court premises today, furnish undertakings in the following terms : (a) That he will remain present in Court on every date that the matter is listed.

(b) That the outstanding amount of Rs.4,50,000/- acceptable to the Applicant would be paid by 24th March 2026.
