In view thereof, Execution Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Branch Manager of H.D.F.C. Bank Limited, situated at Linden House, Gr Floor, Mahakavi Bhushan Marg, Behind Taj Mahal Hotel, Colaba, Mumbai Maharashtra - 400 039, is directed to defreeze the Saving Account No. 00851540000501, which had been frozen in the Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act. 5.

This is in view of the Award having been satisfied and the Execution Application being withdrawn.
