Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that since the dispute is settled, the Execution Application be allowed to be withdrawn.

Accordingly, the Execution Application stands disposed as withdrawn.

Mr. Patil also submits that by award dated 13th April, 2023, saving account no. 00520100001369 with the Saraswat Co-operative Bank Limited, situate at Pratiksha Apartment, Opp. Filmistan Studio, S. V. Road, Goregaon (w), Mumbai-400 062 was frozen and no Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

2024.10.23 18:35:31 +0530 NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL withdrawals were permitted and the Respondent was directed to Nikita Gadgil 1/2

502.EXA 2353-24.doc maintain status-quo in respect of the said bank account. However, in view of the withdrawal of the said Application, the said orders be vacated.

Accordingly, in view of the withdrawal of the Execution Application, restraints contained in paragraph-5 of the award dated 13th April, 2023 stand vacated.
