Mr.Athania also submits that by order dated 4th May 2022 of the Tribunal, Savings Account No.30639985433 with State Bank of India, situate at Lower Parel, was frozen and no withdrawals were permitted and the Respondent was directed to maintain status-quo in respect of avk 1/2

909-EXA-2432-2024.doc the said bank account. However, in view of the withdrawal of the said Application, the said orders be vacated.

Accordingly, in view of the withdrawal of the Execution Application, restraints contained in paragraph 5 of the award dated 25th June 2022 stand vacated.
