In TP/529/2023 P.C. : 1. By this Praecipe, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner seeks four weeks'

extension of time to carry out necessary amendments as per the order dated 18th January, 2024. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / petitioner submits that the Records and Proceedings are not available in the Department and as such the Plaintiff could not carry out the amendments.

2. Time to carry out amendments is extended for a period of four weeks from the date uploading the order. The Registry is directed to trace out the Records and Proceedings of the matter.
