By this Praecipe dated 9 extension of six week's time is sought to carry out the necessary amendment in the Petition as per order dated 18th January, 2024. By an th April, 2024 time to carry out order dated 24 amendment was extended for further period of six week's from the date of uploading the said order.

The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that one of the Petitioner is not keeping good health, therefore he could not attend to carry out the amendment and thereafter re-verification of the Petition.

In view of the above time to carry out amendment is extended by further period of six week's from the date of uploading this order.
