P. C. : 1. By an order dated 18th January, 2024, the Petitioner was allowed to carry out amendment and the time was extended from time to time.

The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the amendment was carried out on 25th July, 2024 including Para No.4 but the said Para No.4 remained to be deleted by mistake.

He, therefore, submits that the Petitioner be permitted to delete the Para No.4.

2. The Petitioner is permitted to delete the Para No.4 as the amendment has been carried out and the Petition is re-verified on 25th July, 2024.
