The present Chamber Order is taken out to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to carry out amendment as well as consequential amendment as per the Schedule.

Perused the Affidavit dated 19th October, 2023. In the said Affidavit it is stated that the Applicant is the Sole th Executor under the Codicil dated 20 August, 2018. However, inadvertently the Petition was filed by the Sole Executrix under the Will dated 5th February, 2009 executed by the Deceased. The present Chamber Order ..2/-

is taken out to bring right person on record as per the Codicil dated 20th August, 2018, wherein the Sole Executor i.e. Ravindra Sonu Shetye was appointed as the Sole Executor under the Codicil dated 20/08/2018 in the above Petition.

Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 19th October, 2023 annexed to the Chamber order, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Amendments and consequential amendments as per the Schedule to be carried out within three weeks from the date of uploading of the order.
