In TP/3200/2021 P.C. : 1.

The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon the legal heirs of the deceased (Nirmalaben Jethalal Thaker) viz. Parul Pravin Gohil (Grand Daughter of the Deceased) and Neelam Kanubhai Thaker (Grand Daughter of the Deceased), by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 22 December, 2023 annexed to Chamber Order.

In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the Petitioner tried to serve the Citation along with copy of the Petition to the above ..2/-

mentioned legal heirs through the Sheriff of Mumbai, on the last known address.

However, the said packets returned back with Postal Remark "Left". The Affidavit of th November, 2023 along with Service dated 29 packets are on record.

Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 22nd December, 2023 annexed to the Chamber Order, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done one in English newspaper in "Free Press Journal"

and one in "Nav Shakti" in Marathi newspaper vernacular language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order.

Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
