P.C.: Instant Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of captioned Suit, which is rejected under O.S. Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objection, in view of minutes of order dated 29.08.2023.

It is contended in Affidavit-in-Support of the present Chamber Order that due to oversight and mistake of Advocate's Clerk, office objections remained to be complied with.

Affidavit of Service filed on 19.01.2024 shows that the present Chamber Order is duly served upon the Defendants. Despite service, none present on behalf of the Defendants.

Since there is no resistance to the present Chamber Order, for the reasons mentioned in Affidavit-in-Support of present Chamber Order, the present Chamber Order is allowed, as prayed and is signed separately.
