P.C.: Instant Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of captioned Petition, which is rejected under O.S. Rule 986 for noncompliance of office objection, in view of directions dated 20.07.2023.

It is contended in Affidavit-in-Support of the present Chamber Order that due to unavoidable circumstances, Petitioner could not remove office objections within stipulated period of time.

The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the captioned Petition is uncontested.

Hence, for the reasons mentioned in Affidavitin-Support of present Chamber Order, the present Chamber Order is allowed, as prayed and signed separately.
