The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon the legal heirs of the deceased viz. Sunita Kukreja alias Sonia Kukreja alias Sonia Sengupta by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Hindwasi Paper" in vernacular language i.e. Sindhi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 27 November, 2023 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-4 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the above mentioned legal ..2/-

heirs left home and moved to some unknown place. The Petitioner carried out a diligent search but he could not able to trace out her whereabouts.

Perused Para-9 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the whereabouts are not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th November, 2023 Affidavit dated 27 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-9 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done one in English newspaper in "Free Press Journal" and one in "Hindwasi Paper"

in Sindhi newspaper vernacular language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is ..3/-

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
