1. The present Chamber Order for discharge is taken on by applicant Lexicon Law Partners for defendant No. 1

2. The Advocate for defendant No. 1 has filed Affidavit of Service dated 05th February, 2024. Inspite of service none appears for defendant No. 1. The reason for discharge is mentioned in para No. 1, 2 and 3 of the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order.

3. I am satisfied that the ld. Advocate for the applicant / defendant No. 1 has substantially complied with the procedure for taking discharge as per Bombay High Court Original Side Rules, 1980 read with Advocates Act.

4. The contention of the ld. Advocate for defendant No. 1 for not clearing the outstanding bills is kept open to be decided by the appropriate forum.

5. In view of the above, Chamber Order is allowed and sign separately discharging

Lexicon Law Partners as Advocate for defendant No. 1. Office to delete the name of Lexicon Law Partners as Advocates for defendant No. 1. The applicant to inform defendant No. 1 about today's order and thereafter the defendant No.1 may engage another Advocate if they so desire.
