This matter was kept back in the morning session as the parties wanted to revert on the issue of interest.

When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, learned Counsel appearing in the matter submit that they have agreed to the rate of interest to be computed from 1st January 2018, however, in order to finalize the draft consent terms specific to each of the Suit, learned Counsel submit that the matters be listed tomorrow i.e. on 8th May 2025 in the afternoon for filing of consent terms. 3.
