CHOL/35/2024 In EXA/1571/2023 P.C.: 1. The present chamber order is taken out by the applicant to carry out amendment in title of execution /affidavit and vakalatnama as per the schedule annexed to the chamber order.

2. Perused the affidavit dated 14.12.2023 annexed to the chamber order. In para 1 of the said affidavit it is stated that arbitration case number is wrongly mentioned as AR/RN/ 40/2018 instead of KER/SF/318/2021. It is further stated that the applicant be allowed to carry out amendment in application and to proceed further. The Ld. 3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support dated 14.12.2023 annexed to the chamber order, the present chamber is granted and the same is signed separately.
