The present Chamber Order is taken out to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Applicant is seeking permission amendment the Petitioner in Paragraph Nos.-4 & 5 as well as consequential amendments and to file fresh Oath of the Petitioner.

Perused the Affidavit dated 30th August, 2023 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-4 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the Petitioner wants to proceed further with the Petition for obtaining Succession Certificate in respect of certain deaths belonging to Deceased.

Hence, for the reasons stated in Affidavit in Support ...2/-

dated 30th August, 2023 annexed to the Chamber order and the submission is made by the Advocate for the Petitioner, the present Chamber Order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

The amendments as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order to be carried out within period of four weeks from the date of uploading the order.
