By this Praecipe dated 14 2024, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks four weeks' extension to carry out amendment as per order dated 8th March, 2024 on the ground that the papers were not available readily in the Department.

For the reasons as aforesaid, time to carry out amendment is extended by period of four weeks' from the date of uploading the order.
