P.C. :

1) The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon legal heirs of the deceased viz. Pooja Hanumanta Chalwadi by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2) Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

3) Perused the Affidavit dated 31st October'2023 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the whereabouts of the legal heir viz.

Pooja Hanumanta Chalwadi (daughter) is not known. In para -5 of additional affidavit dated 13.3.2024 it is stated that the citation sent to Pooja Hanumanta Chalwadi is

returned by the postal authority with a remark "no such person on given address".

4) Perused para 4 of the petition it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made regarding last known address of said Pooja Hanumanta Chalwadi.

5) For the reason stated in affidavit dated 31.10.2023 and 13.3.2024 annexed to the chamber order and para 4 of the petition the present chamber order is granted and the same is signed separately. Publication of the citation to be done in local newspapers one in "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi within 4 weeks from the date of uploading this order. Office is directed to issue fresh citation if required.

6) Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
