Chamber order is taken out by the applicant for amendment of Execution Application as per schedule annexed to the chamber order.

Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order dated 22.11.2023. In the affidavit the applicant has stated that warrant of attachment under Order XXI Rule 43 of the Civil Procedure Code issued by this Hon'ble court and at the time of attachment it was noticed that property i.e. 306, Eco house, Vishweshwar Nagar, 3rd floor, Off: Aarey Road, Goregaon (East), Mumbai - 400 063 where defendant no. 1 previously carrying on business has now shifted to new address i.e. Shiv Sagar Industrial Estate, Unit No. 108, 1st floor, Near Umaya Mata Mandir, Off; Aarey Road, Goregaon (East), Mumbai - 400 063.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that since the defendant has shifted his business premises to new address, applicant be permitted to carry out amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.
