This Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for amendment in column J of the Execution Application. Perused the Affidavit in Support dated 23.12.2023. In the said affidavit applicant has stated that warrant of attachment was issued under Order XXI Rule 43 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908 and at the time of execution of warrant of attachment, the respondent assured the applicant that he will settle the matter but respondent failed to do so.
2. It is further stated that applicant wants to attach property of the respondent having address mentioned in the schedule. The applicant had also annexed the electricity bill at Exhibit "A" indicating the name and address of the Respondent. Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that applicant preferred to amend the column J of the Execution Application for the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support and prays that Chamber Order be allowed.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant further submits that chamber order may be made absolute and warrant of attachment under 21 Rule 54 of CPC against respondent be issued. ...2/-

For the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support, Chamber Order is made absolute and the same is signed separately. The applicant is directed to amend the Execution Application as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. The amendment to be carried out within 4 weeks from today and reverification is dispensed with.
