1. By this Chamber Order the Petitioner seeks Amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. In perused the Affidavit in support dated 10th April, 2023. It is stated in Para 3 that the Petitioner No.1 viz. Janak Mathura Das died on 19th August 2022. The name Petitioner No.1 is required to be deleted and his legal heirs are required to be brought on record. The Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner submits that the Chamber Order be allowed in terms of the Schedule annexed to the Petition.

3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, the CHOL/94/2024 is signed separately. Amendment to be carried out within 4 weeks from the date of uploading of this Chamber Order.
