The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner states that there is a delay in taking out the Application for deletion of the Petitioner No.1. He, further submits that an Interim Application will be taken out for condonation of delay.

He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present Chamber with liberty to file fresh Chamber Order after disposal of the Interim Application being filed.
