The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon Mr. Zaheer Bakshi (Son of the Deceased) by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in one newspaper viz.

"Bergen Record" in English Language at New Jersey.

Perused the Affidavit in Support dated 27th April, 2023 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-5 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that Mr. Zaheer Bakshi (Son of the Deceased) has ..2/-

severed the relations with the family for last 25 years and he has not been in touch with any of the family members since then. In Para-6, it is stated that the Applicant had made strenuous efforts to know the details in respect of whereabouts of the said Mr. Zaheer Bakshi (Son of the Deceased) but could not get any information.

Perused Para-5 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in th April, 2023 Affidavit dated 27 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-5 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done one newspaper viz. "Bergen Record" in English Language at New Jersey, within twelve weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
