Dushing, Advocate for Applicant ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) P.C. : The Applicant has filed instant Chamber Order for restoration of Chamber Order No. 564 of 2015, which came to be dismissed vide Order dated 12.10.2015. By the said Order dated 12.10.2015, my predecessor specifically directed the Applicant to obtain directions from the Hon'ble Court.

Inspite of complying the said directions, he has filed present Chamber Order for restoration of earlier Chamber Order No. 564 of 2015.
