By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Testamentary Petition No.594 of 2015, as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused the Affidavit in Support dated 21st April, 2023. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Chamber Order was filed in the year 2023 immediately after the death of the Petitioner. He further submits that an e-mail has been received from the e-filing team of this Hon'ble Court in respect of filing the Chamber Order. The Ld. Advocate further submits that the Original Petitioner expired on 25th March 2023 leaving behind the Applicant Nos.1 and 2 being widow and son of the deceased. He further submits that in view of the death of the Petitioner the Applicants be permitted to amend the Petition by deleting the name of deceased Petitioner and bring the Applicants on record as his heirs as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out consequential amendment as required.

3. Considering the averments made in the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order and the Chamber ..2/-

Order having filed within the prescribed time limit, the Chamber Order is allowed. The Applicants are directed to amend the Testamentary Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out consequential amendments. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from the date of uploading the order.
