P.C.:

1. This Chamber Order is taken out by Advocate M/s. Trilegal (Applicant) seeking discharge on behalf of Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 in Suit No. 1458 of 1983.

2. The applicant has filed Affidavit of service dated 10.09.2024. Inspite of service, none appears on behalf of Defendant No. 2.

3. Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof. Paragraph - 4 is relevant which are reproduced here under;

4. However, the Advocates no longer have instructions from Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 to appear on their behalf in the captioned matter and matters incidental thereto. Accordingly, the Advocates wish to be discharged from representing and defending the said Defendants and therefore, humbly plead before this Hon'ble Court that the Advocate be hereby discharged from their obligations as advocates for the said Defendants."

4. I am satisfied that the Applicant has substantially complied with the procedure for obtaining discharge under High Court, Original Side Rules read with the provisions and Rules framed under the Advocates Act.

5. In view of above, Chamber Order is partly allowed (only for Defendant No. 2) ...2/-

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) and signed separately. Advocate, M/s. Trilegal has been discharged on behalf of Defendant No. 2 in Suit No. 1458 of 1983.

Trilegal as Advocate for Defendant No.2. Advocate, M/s. Trilegal, to communicate this Order to Defendant No. 2 and thereafter, Defendant No. 2 to engage another Advocate, if he so desires.

6. Chamber Order is partly disposed of.

7. For Defendant No. 3, adjourned to 17.10.2024.
