Mr. Subir Kumar states that in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 26th June 2024, Appellant has filed an affidavit. The affidavit is filed by one Sanjeev Kumar Singh and is affirmed on 3 rd July 2024. The explanation given in the affidavit is accepted. 2.

In view of what is stated in paragraph No.8 of the affidavit of Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Mr. Subir Kumar also seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
