Ms Parmar, learned Counsel appearing for the Insolvent No. 1 submits that already a reply was filed and served, and now an R.V.Patil 1/2

23 NMIS.5.2024.doc additional reply has been served, however this Court may direct the Registry to accept the same.

Mr. Sarogi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in the Notice of Motion submits that there would be no necessity of filing a rejoinder to the additional affidavit as the Insolvent No. 1 is supporting the case of the Applicant. No reply has been filed by the Insolvent No.3. 5.

Since time is being sought once again by the Insolvent No.3 who is present in-person today, list on 01st April 2025, as and by way of last chance to the Insolvent No. 3 to file reply in the matter, with a copy to the other side.

It is made clear that if no reply is filed by the Insolvent No. 3 by the next date, this Court will proceed to hear the Notice of Motion and pass appropriate orders.
