In this petition filed as Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner, who is an Ex-Mayor-in-Council of Mumbai, is aggrieved by inaction on the part of ESI Corporation in restarting the ESIC Model Hospital at Andheri. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents.
